About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Trainee Production Technician with Ralegh, part of the DS Smith Packaging Group. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in manufacturing and learning the tool-making trade within the corrugated packaging industry.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that produces high quality, bespoke tooling to support packaging production. We provide regular training and guidance to support your development and learning in the craft of toolmaking with opportunities for progression and skill development over time. You will also work with the team to always contribute to safe standards of work.

About you

No previous experience required - full training will be provided A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Good team player with attention to detail Ability to reliably travel to our site in Manby Flexibility to work a two-shift pattern, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime when required

Location: A full time, site-based role at our site in Manby (shift pattern based around 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday, with a shorter shift on Fridays). Starting salary 27,571.20.
