Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team in the manufacturing of high-quality power solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our production processes, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Assemble and test components to a final configured product, utilising SOPs, drawing instructions and specialised tooling and fixtures, measuring equipment and hand tools. Evaluate customer returns to determine repair actions required to satisfy customer requirement and product build standard. Stage inspection of product at required intervals to verify work conforms with defined tolerances, specifications, and performance criteria. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to address production challenges, implement process improvements, and optimize workflows. Adhere to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Maintain 6S in work area. Look for Continuous Improvement opportunities. Strong attention to detail and quality, with a commitment to producing high-quality electro-mechanical products. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to prioritise own workload based on business and customer requirements. A working knowledge of MRP systems, Production Control systems and Electro-mechanical Manufacturing Techniques.
