Now we are growing and we're looking for a number of passionate Production Technicians to join our fast-paced team.

What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain the production line
Follow operating procedures and adhere to H&S guidelines
Adhering to wearing full PPE at all times including respirators and face masks
Operate a forklift for a variety of tasks
Maintain housekeeping standards within the production area
Loading/unloading of material/equipment/deliveries
Trialling new mixes/products as part of scale-up
General maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Mixing and dispensing of chemicals
Working to targets within a team
Ensuring orders are completed on time with quality standards met
Use hand and power tools
Be expected to assist with building projects
Be involved with continuous improvement
Actively seek to improve on 5S standards
Work with your team to uncover root cause and action results
Assist in daily house keeping

Essential skills/experience:
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Strong problem solving skills
Experience following SOPs and adhering to Health and Safety rules
Basic level of maths and english
Experience working with handtools
Experience working towards targets within a team
A full, clean UK driving licence
Good communication and team working skills
Ability to work independently
Assertive and keen to improve processes and procedures
Diligent in performing tasks to ensure all compliance requirements are maintained
Desirable skills/experience:
Strong IT skills
Driving a forklift
Experience undertaking quality control checks
Experience working with construction materials
Experience completing verification/standard checks on QC equipment
Repairing basic mechanical and electrical faults within the production lines
Carry out basic fabrication/modifications to equipment and upgrades
