We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Team Lead to oversee production and warehouse processes, ensure quality standards, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimise resources to meet production targets.
What will you be doing as a Production/Warehouse Manager?
Production/Warehouse Planning & Management
- Develop and adjust schedules to maximise efficiency and meet goals.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all products meet required standards, identifying and addressing any quality issues.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing health and safety regulations and promoting best practices.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support team members to enhance skills and overall performance.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement efficient production/warehouse processes, workflows, and quality control measures
Workforce Management
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Manage absences, and ensure effective allocation of labour and resources.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain clear communication between departments, provide regular updates, and report key performance metrics.
Equipment
- Source, select, and oversee the installation of necessary production equipment and machinery
What we are looking for in our Production/Warehouse Manager:
Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
Strong knowledge of planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
