: Production Operative

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Follow food safety guidelines and HACCP protocols to maintain product quality. Perform basic maths calculations for inventory management and production metrics. Assist in the preparation, mixing, and packaging of food products. Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Proven mechanical knowledge or experience in a similar role is preferred. Understanding of food safety standards. Basic maths skills for accurate measurement and inventory tracking. Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
