Production/packing Operative (nights)
Job Description
Based in Blackpool, Nutrition Group manufactures and supplies health food supplements and Protein Bars for some of the leading global healthcare and fitness brands. The factory manufactures Protein Bars, tablets, capsules to pharmaceutical standards.
The company is now looking for Production/Packing Operators to join the night production team and assist with the operation of the Bar Line Department
Production Operator Responsibilities:
Following production schedules
Operates a variety of food production and packing equipment
Ensuring all product specific parameters are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsible for the quality of finished product manufactured
Regular cleaning of manufacturing equipment
Following SOP's and GMP rules
Work to BRC standards
Completing paperwork to required standard
Production/Packing Operator Requirements:
Applications wanted from experienced machine/packing operators.
Applicants with a technical/mechanical background will also be considered. Experience in extruding, chocolate enrobing, flow wrapping, Automatic packing is an advantage, but training will be given to the right candidates.
