Productions Associate

A newly established fashion brand is currently recruiting for Production Associates to join its London Office (Must be able to travel to Plumstead in SE London. This is NOT a remote role.)

Individuals must be motivated, reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service; ensuring the customer experience is as smooth as possible, from the start of the order to the point of delivery and beyond.

Follow patterns and instructions of a customer's order to ensure accurate and precise work. Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments Ensuring orders are labelled correctly and ready for dispatch, with a focus on smooth operation and efficiency Undertake picking and packing of orders for dispatch of outgoing goods. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate. Maintain high standards throughout the store. Impeccable eye for detail and ability to produce high quality work. Ability to work with precision. Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the customer experience process. Can do attitude. Ability to work to targets and deadlines. Team player who leads by example, with an ability and willingness to work unsupervised. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
