The individual will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for an individual with a true passion for cleaning.

Duties

Perform general sanitation and cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks.

Skills

Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients. Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks. Problem solving skills. Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety at work regulations. Value physical fitness and endurance. Patience.
