Job Role & Responsibilities:

Prop Firm Challenges:

Trade various account sizes (e.g., $25K to $200K+) and successfully pass prop firm evaluations. Demonstrate consistent profitability while adhering to prop firm rules and risk parameters.

Account Management:

Manage funded prop firm accounts with a

profit-focused strategy

and strong risk management. Ensure accounts remain in good standing with steady performance metrics.

Algorithm Development:

Develop, test, and optimize

trading algorithms

to automate trades and improve execution. Collaborate with the team to refine algorithmic strategies for consistent profitability.

Performance Monitoring:

Maintain accurate trading logs, performance reviews, and reporting. Continuously analyze trading data to improve strategies and risk/reward ratios.

Key Requirements:

Proven Track Record:

Demonstrated history of passing prop firm challenges (e.g., FTMO, MyForexFunds, The Funded Trader) and managing live funded accounts.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of professional trading experience (Forex, Indices, Commodities, or Crypto).

Strategy & Risk Management:

Strong grasp of technical analysis, risk management, and trading psychology.

Algorithmic Trading:

Experience in

algorithm development (MT4/MT5 EAs, Python, or other trading automation platforms)

is essential.

Discipline & Consistency:

Ability to operate within strict risk rules and consistently achieve profit targets.

Verification:

Must provide

proof of past results

(MyFXBook, FX Blue, or verifiable prop firm payouts).

Compensation & Benefits:

Profit Split:

Traders will receive

30% of profits

from payouts.

Scaling Opportunity:

Successful traders will be entrusted with

larger account sizes

, up to $1M.
