An exciting opportunity to join the team at Norton's Gardens!

We are a well established and ever expanding Gardening company based near Ockley, Surrey. Due to a high demand of work we have an opening for a reliable and experienced professional gardener.

Norton's Gardens are looking for a professional gardener to manage large gardens and estates in the local area. The individual we're seeking will need to have experience in managing large gardens and have good plant and machinery knowledge.

The postion is full time 5 days a week throughout the year and you will have an assistant gardener to help with the day to day runnings.

We are lucky enough to manage some of the finest gardens and estates throughout the Surrey Hills and West Sussex so previous experience is essential as you will be expected to manage and maintain the gardens to the highest standard. A minimum of 4 years with qualification's would be preferred.

A good knowledge of plants is required and applicant should be within a reasonable commuting distance to Ockley, Surrey.

Duties will range from the following:

Managing assistant gardener

Lawn Mowing

Hedge cutting

Strimming

Border work/weeding/planting/pruning

Tree work (if a tree certificate is held, not essential)

Lawn care

Landscaping (small projects)

Hedge Planting

Vegetable garden management

Design

You must be honest, reliable, punctual, and presentable.

Clean driving license is also essential as a van will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
