What youll do
Work on our iconic brand Schwarzkopf Professional with focus on colouration while also
supporting the marketing team in their day-to-day tasks.
Liaise with our external agencies (PR, digital, design) to support with product launches and brand activation.
Work closely with our digital marketing team and external agencies to plan and execute local content creation and ensure the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities (social media, e-commerce, brand website).
Assist in the product artwork and POS material approval process.
Raise relevant invoices, plan budget spends in line with budget guidance, and monitor spend.
Support with the organisation of internal & external events.
Help analyse market trends and track competitor activity (e.g. marketing activities / social media) within the professional channel.
Work closely with all internal departments, e.g. Sales, Education, Business Steering, Controlling, Supply Chain & Customer Service.

What makes you a good fit
You should graduate (before September 2026 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree.
Previous experience in a marketing role in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
Passion for the beauty industry, passionate about hair!
Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative.
Strong IT skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
Strong analytical skills & good attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
Proactive, passionate, team-player.
