We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Youth Worker to become part of our dynamic Progress Project team. This exciting new role supports the delivery of the Youth Engagement and Progression Framework (YEPF), working closely with the Youth Practitioner to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people across Conwy.





As part of the team, you'll:



Support a caseload of young people through one-to-one mentoring Deliver engaging group work sessions and guide access to wider support and interventions Help re-engage those aged 11-25 who are currently disconnected from education, employment, or training

Your ability to connect, motivate, and inspire young people is vital, and so is your experience working with this age group in diverse settings.


Fluency in Welsh is essential to ensure our provision is bilingual and inclusive.





The Conwy Youth, Engagement and Belonging Service operates across a range of settings, including outreach, community-based, virtual environments and secondary schools. The successful candidate will be expected to work two evenings a week as part of a flexible programme.
