(Part Time) Program and Packaging Delivery Manager

to join our growing business.

Purpose of the role:

To actively develop and manage the overall program of product development through the stage gate process.



Ensuring that a planned own label program of work is in place and that the gated process is planned, managed, tracked-reported and delivered to ensure delivery of that program of work on time with the process followed and all stakeholders engaged.

In this role you can expect to:

Program and Project Management

Continuously review current practices to identify areas for potential improvement and building of efficiency in processes operated around planning, program management, project management and reporting. Lead the Iceland development of the own label launch cycle / annual product development work programme (stage gate process) ensuring its successful operation for the business. Lead and manage the relationship with Iceland's artwork repro, packaging technologist service provider. Ensure efficient communication and follow-up with the supplier base and internal stakeholders from team to deliver the required actions through the process

Keeping things simple and efficient to reduce costs

Constantly review the approach to planning, program management, project management and communications to highlight deficiencies and agree improvements. Build the right project plans to deliver against our key retail launch cycle milestones .
