Core Transformation Programme
and help shape the future of our organisation.
About the Role
We are seeking a capable and motivated
Project Manager
on a part-time basis (
2.5-3 days per week
) for an
18-month fixed-term contract
. This role will play a central part in our transformation journey, managing the delivery of a significant change programme and ensuring that strategic objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead and monitor the Core Transformation Project end-to-end
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and RAID logs
Coordinate with third-party solution providers and internal teams
Report progress to the Chief Operating Officer, Steering Committee, and Executive Committee
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget
Lead project reviews and ensure all documentation is maintained and complete
Promote a collaborative, agile, and transparent project culture
Essential Requirements
APM PMQ qualification (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience in project management
Proficiency in Waterfall methodology
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
Desirable Experience
5+ years of project management experience
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban, User Stories, etc.)
Experience using Jira and Confluence
