What's

the role?





The PMO Director provides strategic leadership, governance, project controls and operational oversight for programme and project delivery across BRUSH Group . This includes full accountability for project controls, ensuring robust planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and document control across programmes and projects.






Key Responsibilities:





Lead the development of the organisation's programme delivery framework, ensuring it includes robust project controls processes (planning, cost, risk, change, and document control). Establish PMO governance structures, reporting cycles, dashboards, and KPIs. Provide senior oversight of strategic delivery programmes Develop and maintain project control procedures covering: + Planning & scheduling
+ Risk and opportunity management
+ Change control
+ Document control and configuration management
+ Progress measurement and KPI tracking
Ensure project controls data supports accurate contract management under NEC, EPC, and framework agreements.

What

we're

looking

for:





A bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable. Professional qualifications desired: + APM (PMQ/PPQ/ChPP)
+ NEC4 accreditation
+ Planning/controls qualifications advantageous (P6, ECITB Project Controls)

Senior leadership experience in PMO, programme management, or project controls within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
