ABOUT THE ROLE





Google provides certain partners funds to run various marketing campaigns, which include, among other things, managing and executing Google for Education presence at 25 tradeshow booths ("Marketing Campaigns" and each a "Marketing Campaign"). This role is to provide programme management support services to assist the partners in the running of the Marketing Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Marketing Development Funds

MDF campaigns reviewed and approved for ~40 reseller partners Mid quarter check-ins are executed with partners to provide feedback and register progress. End of campaign reporting (both for individual partners and for the region in the form of a quarterly business review)

Tradeshows

Using a playbook developed in-house, work with our OEM and reseller partners to deliver Google for Education presence at 25 tradeshow booths. This involves regular planning call with the partners, approval of resources and assets and managing through to proof of execution/lead list etc Provide events guidance to tier 2 partners on marketing best practices (based on events playbook), ensure brand consistency, ensure activities proposed are appropriate and lead/revenue driving. Reporting on tradeshow performance and ROI

Partner communications

Development of 1:1 partner comms on upcoming timelines or events Development of partner feedback surveys to collate insights Development of internal comms to provide insight and updates on partner marketing

Reporting

Monthly report featuring partner marketing highlights, performance snapshot and marketing insights Quarterly Business Review featuring an exec-level summary of performance for the preceding 3 months


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Experience in

partner or program marketing

, ideally in tech or education sectors. Strong understanding of MDF management, including campaign approval, tracking, and reporting. Proven ability to

plan and manage multiple marketing campaigns or tradeshows

with partners. Skilled in stakeholder communication, both with partners and internal teams. Strong reporting and analytical skills for monthly and quarterly performance reviews. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing timelines and deliverables. Proficient with Google Workspace and reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
