Job Description

As Technical Lead for the Outcome Based Programs in EMEA LSS, you will be responsible for providing Technical Guidance and Escalation Support for all Performance Managers and Outcome Based Programs across the Pole. You will work closely with the Outcome Programs Delivery Manager, monitoring the success of the programs and providing guidance and mentorship from a technical perspective, to the Performance Managers. In addition, you will be expected to support the Business Development Manager to drive business growth and identifying new opportunities related to our aftermarket Outcome Programs (Life Cycle Management, Enabled Services and A360 programs).

With a strong technical knowledge, a wealth of experience and established support network the successful candidate will collaborate with GTAC, DE/Technology and other LOBs to deliver "best in class" Outcome programs.
