A Contract Program Quality & Compliance Manager helps to support all compliance/quality assurance initiatives provided by an advertiser to ensure oversight for the program.

This is an in office, 3-day-a-week position, located in our London office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct daily ongoing audits for credit card and consumer banking programs\xe2\x80\x94audit each affiliate site a minimum of twice a month, enter data into audit template and deliver to client weekly
  • Conduct ad-hoc audits for both card and consumer banking programs
  • Identify and resolve all compliance fails and opportunities found
  • Orchestrate and lead weekly client call to discuss program findings
  • Assist in aggregating and configuring monthly KRIs for card, consumer banking, and display channels
  • Maintain and build monthly/weekly ongoing audit templates
  • Create ad-hoc audit templates
  • Communicate with publishers and provide trainings
  • Manage and deliver special projects, deep dives, etc. as requested by an advertiser
  • Work within automated tools to expedite weekly and monthly audits and reporting
  • Provide insights and best practices to clients to help them set up and optimize their compliance programs
  • Attend sales calls and position the compliance service offerings to prospects
  • Be a thought leader to help expand the compliance offering throughout EU


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Technical/Functional Expertise:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in compliance support or account management
  • Understanding of the financial services industry and advertising regulations (FCA, Consumer Duty, etc.,)
  • Thorough understanding of software systems
  • Advanced MS Office suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
