About The Role

As a Senior Quality Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the Quality activities at all sites operating under GDP requirements. You will be providing support and advice to the team and relevant departments in LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare to ensure the smooth running of the Quality Department. You will have the responsibility to provide leadership and guidance with regards to the creation of policies and procedures associated with document and record management standards. Additionally you will have operational management of the GDP & QMS across all MHRA regulated areas within the business.

About You

To be successful in this position you will have experience of working within QA in a GMP/GDP environment for at least 5 years alongside supervisory or management experience. You will be able to demonstrate experience in identifying, assessing and proactively managing risks arising from any conflicts between commercial pressures and regulatory requirements. You will be educated to degree level, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
