Analysis & Insights
Track and report on program effectiveness using Salesforce, LMS platforms, and internal dashboards.
Deliver actionable insights to optimize enablement initiatives and improve seller ramp and productivity.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the connective tissue across Sales Enablement, GTM, Field Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
Gather frontline feedback to localize and enhance global enablement content.
Implementation & Adoption
Support rollout of tools, playbooks, training paths, and certification programs across various markets.
Monitor participation and engagement to inform continuous improvement efforts.
3+ years of experience in
