We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Programmatic Director to join our pLeon team. As the Programmatic Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing programmatic strategies for Haleon (previous GSK) campaigns. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional client performance and driving innovation for Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s Northern European Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and own programmatic campaigns for across all Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s Northern European Markets (NEU): Great Britain, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, leading senior-level meetings to discuss programmatic strategy and campaign activity.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of programmatic capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting them to clients and your team.
  • Develop programmatic strategies for the Haleon NEU region to achieve core business goals.
  • Lead strategic test and learn initiatives and conduct quarterly business reviews in collaboration with the broader team.
  • Stay informed about innovative opportunities in the market and share insights with clients and planning teams.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key programmatic partners, including tech, media, data, and other stakeholders.
  • Promote programmatic products and solutions that align with clients\' objectives and drive programmatic excellence.
  • Build trusted relationships with both day-to-day and senior clients, providing exemplary client service.
  • Proactively manage client accounts and identify opportunities to enhance their business outcomes.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Proactive and experienced (5+ years) programmatic practitioner with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with global and regional clients effectively.
  • Deep hands-on experience with major demand-side platforms. Experience with Xander DSP activation is a plus.
  • Proficient in commercial management of accounts, including booking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of optimizing account performance and achieving results.
  • Good project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Background in a media agency environment.
Desirable:
  • Experience integrating offline media into programmatic strategies.
  • Knowledge of the travel vertical and its specific programmatic requirements.
  • Experience managing international accounts.
