The Programme Administrator role at the University of Lincoln's College of Arts, Social Science & Humanities is all about making a meaningful impact on the student experience while working alongside a dynamic team of academic and professional staff.


We have 3 posts available, CSS407 and SB017 are permanent and full-time at 37 hours per week, and BM3057 is permanent and part-time at 22.5 hours per week.


Key responsibilities:

You will be a key member of the Professional Services team, responsible for supporting the administration of taught programmes and responding to queries from staff and students and be passionate about providing the best experience for our students. You will be part of a team supporting a diverse group of students and teaching staff in the delivery of academic programmes. You will work closely with academic staff, and other professional support staff. You will support the delivery of modules and programmes of study, dealing effectively with college processes, systems and procedures. Deal with student queries and concerns sympathetically and effectively, in all cases, following college policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality student experience. You will also support student success and wellbeing and provide administrative support and support activities.

To be successful as a Programme Administrator, you will be:

Flexible and be able to work as part of a team. Able to work collaboratively and develop excellent working relationships. An experienced administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills and attention to detail, preferably in an education setting. Comfortable using a variety of electronic systems (e.g. Microsoft Office 365, Teams, student record system etc), though training will be provided.
