We are looking for a skilled

Programme Coordinator

to join our Building Safety Regulatory Change team on a

Fixed Term basis

until

February 2027

. As the Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Your problem-solving and forward-thinking abilities will be crucial in coordinating project activities and maintaining effective communication among team members and stakeholders. For the right person, this role can be the first step to progressing into an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager role.


The role includes hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in our Farringdon office.

What you'll need



Demonstrable experience working on building projects in a project coordination capacity. The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements. A qualification in/working towards APM (PFQ and PMQ) or equivalent, with an aspiration to become MAPM (Member of APM) and chartered status in the future. A strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools i.e. Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Kanban Boards Experience in designing processes, workflows and templates (desirable) Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Software, especially Excel.
