Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for event coordination and delivering exceptional experiences? If so, we want you to join our Executive Education team as a Programme Coordinator.
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, logistics and delivery of a portfolio of Executive Education programmes. Working within our Client Engagement & Delivery team, you will ensure a seamless experience for participants, faculty and clients. This role requires autonomy, attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of Executive Education programmes, from planning to execution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, guest speakers, clients and support teams.
Handle logistics such as accommodation, transport, catering and event-related activities.
Manage programme budgets and process invoices.
Administer evaluations and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
You will have experience in event and project management, with strong planning and logistics skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, particularly in a customer-facing role with executive clients, along with cross-cultural awareness.
