We are seeking a passionate, adaptable, and experienced Programme Development Coordinator to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality health, fitness, sport, and physical activity programmes across leisure facilities in North Lincolnshire.
You'll play a key role in helping us achieve our mission: to get more people more active, more often, while positively impacting wider outcomes such as health improvement, youth development, mental and emotional wellbeing, community safety, and social prescribing.
What we're looking for: A minimum of Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Maths and English One of the following accredited qualifications: Level 2 Gym or Fitness Level 2 NGB Coaching Swim England (ASA) Level 2 Teaching Swimming STA Level 2 Certificate in Swimming Teaching.
Your role will include: Supporting Programme Development Officer, Area Facility Managers, other coordinators, coaches, and activators with programme planning and delivery. Monitoring and managing performance data, adapting priorities based on customer needs. Coaching and developing staff, fostering strong relationships within your team and across management. Building partnerships with schools, community groups, National Governing Bodies and other stakeholders. Collecting and reporting statutory data for relevant programmes, including feedback aligned with Ofsted, the National Curriculum, and governing body requirements.
