About the role:



This is a pivotal role overseeing the delivery and success of strategic growth projects across the organisation. You'll drive business-wide operational and process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and support the implementation of the company's strategic direction. As a key driver of change, you'll inspire collaboration and stretch ambitions across internal teams and external partners.


Your responsibilities:



Lead the delivery of high-impact, multi-year programmes aligned to the strategic business plan Provide strategic leadership to optimise financial performance and competitive positioning Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to manage change and ensure successful outcomes Review and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency and return on investment Support cross-functional teams in implementing new ways of working and anticipating future demand Act as a strategic advisor and critical friend to business areas during project delivery Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, adapting to diverse audiences


What you'll bring:



Extensive experience in operations and change management. Proven track record of leading strategic business plans and large-scale change initiatives. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Commercially astute with excellent communication and influencing abilities. Dynamic leadership style with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. High resilience and decision-making capability under pressure.
