Responsibilities:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES



Working in a graduate position for Spirit AeroSystems you will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of interesting tasks and activities. Depending on your role you will be working on a range of local/global projects. You will be involved in complex activity, dealing with internal and external stakeholders, problem solving and negotiation. You'll learn from hands-on coaching and will be actively encouraged to contribute to continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that sufficient detail is provided on the application form to demonstrate how they meet the appropriate job criteria, as this alone will be used for vetting purposes.

Successful candidates will have an honours degree (minimum 2.2) in a directly relevant business-related subject or relevant Engineering subject.

Desirable Criteria:

Successful candidates will have an honours degree preference may be given to those holding a Masters, 1st or 2.1 in a directly relevant subject as in the essential criteria. Demonstrable relevant experience (e.g. placement or post study) to complement theoretical/academic skills.

Qualification must be obtained by 30th June 2026

All applicants will be considered for graduate positions in Summer 2026, however those applicants who have already attained the required qualifications, will be considered for any available positions in late 2025 / early 2026
