Focal point for all matters relating to the customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Working with a Customer Scheduler to deliver the objectives of the account and support the planning, procurement and operational teams with a customer liaison through the manufacturing process.
Facilitating cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of all the account in line with the contractual agreements (Planning, Procurement, Operations, Quality and Engineering).
Sales, margin and arrears forecasting.
Schedule change management including contractual obligations.
To manage and control the acceptance of customer requirements and ensure their input into Syteline so that customer requirements are understood, and in liaison with the Production Controller ensure before acceptance that production is achievable.
Host and manage customers whilst on site and ensure that their activities are controlled within company procedures.
Liaise with the Credit Controller and Sales team in connection with disputed debts out of contract and/or those in which technical problems are involved.
Maintain professional business relationships with key stakeholders to achieve service levels and attain a high reputation for integrity both internally and externally.
To work in a safe manner in to satisfy Health and Safety legislation and to avoid accident or injury to people, machinery or property.
To be aware of and comply with relevant aspects of the Company's Quality Policy and Procedures.
Carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required within the job holder's capability consistent with Terms and Conditions of employment.

Education:
Qualifications in Commercial and Business Management is preferred.

Flexible and adaptable to change
High level of resilience
Experience and knowledge of engineering production methods is also preferred.
