We have a vacancy within our Engineering Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Programme Manager on a contract basis.
We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation.
Shift Pattern:
39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, with a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00. You will be entitled to a 30-minute unpaid lunch break between 12:00 and 12:30 Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you will have a 10-minute paid break each morning Monday to Friday and a 10-minute paid break each afternoon Monday to Thursday.

Lead regular NPDI project progress reviews and lessons learnt activities

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with NPDI commitments
Monitor project performance using KPIs & provide regular reports to stakeholders

Able to anticipate technical issues whilst scoping out the project and identifying risks
Proven experience in programme management within the aerospace industry
Effective application of the 'EHS Model' to create a safe environment to operate in
