Job Description

We are recruiting for a Programme Manager who will lead the delivery of major business change programmes linked to our strategic priorities.


Working closely with executive sponsors and business leads, you'll define clear outcomes, set scope, build a strong case for investment, and manage the end to end delivery. You'll shape and maintain the programme plan, setting out how projects and workstreams fit together and making sure they stay aligned to the wider business roadmap, including managing timelines, risks, dependencies and change control. You'll stay close to delivery across multiple teams and suppliers, supporting progress while quickly unblocking issues when needed.


Day to day, you'll work with a range of internal teams to keep everything moving, including product, strategy, digital, procurement and finance. You'll provide regular reporting, manage programme budgets, and make sure all stakeholders have the right information to make informed decisions.


You'll also line manage project professionals, support delivery governance, and bringing a focus to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring to the team:

We're looking for somebody who has led large, complex programmes and know what it takes to deliver on time, within budget, and to a high standard. With extensive experience in project and programme management, you're used to working across functions, aligning strategy, systems, and people to deliver outcomes.


You're comfortable engaging at senior levels and influencing decisions up to board level. You know how to bring structure to complex environments, especially when priorities shift or trade offs need to be made. You've worked with outsourced partners, managed multi-million pound budgets, and understand how to keep delivery on track while balancing commercial, technical and operational needs.


You lead with clarity and purpose. Whether coaching your team, translating agile concepts, or making decisions under pressure, you bring focus and direction. Experience in the travel industry would be helpful, but what matters most is your ability to manage complexity, stay resilient, and guide teams through change with confidence and credibility.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
