Racquets Programme Manager

to lead and grow our thriving racquets programme.

About the Role:

As the

Racquets Programme Manager

, you'll be at the heart of delivering a high-quality, well-organised racquets offering across our venues. You'll manage the day-to-day running of the programme, from scheduling courts and coaches to engaging with players, parents, and members to ensure the programme continually evolves and grows.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Planning & Delivery

: Design and manage weekly and termly racquet sport sessions (tennis, badminton, squash, etc.), ensuring sessions are engaging, well-structured, and inclusive.

Coach Scheduling

: Assign and schedule qualified coaches across all sessions, ensuring the right coach is matched with the right session.

Court Booking Management

: Coordinate court usage across venues, ensuring efficient allocation and minimal downtime.

Programme Development

: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the programme, based on feedback, trends, and participation levels.

Communication & Engagement

: Act as the key point of contact for parents, players, and members -- handling enquiries, providing updates, and building relationships that encourage retention and growth.

Marketing Collaboration

: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing materials (emails, flyers, social media, etc.) are accurate, timely, and aligned with the programme's needs.

Monitoring & Reporting

: Track attendance, retention, and satisfaction, providing regular reports to senior management.

Proven experience in sports programme management, ideally within racquet sports Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience scheduling staff and managing facilities A proactive and positive attitude with a growth mindset Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team Passionate about delivering high-quality experiences in sport
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.87-53.93 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

Work Location: In person
