This role will be based in GSK, HQ, 2-3 days per week.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Programme Manager (Nature

) on a 12-month secondment/FTC to join GSK's Central Sustainability Team based from GSK's London HQ. You'll play a vital role in designing, managing, and accelerating sustainability project management, risk & issues management and delivering governance controls across our nature commitments. In this role you will



Lead Programme Controls:

Delivering structured project management, governance controls and leadership across the nature KPI's, metrics and standards.

Strategic Governance:

Develop and track key metrics for reporting, forecasting, and road mapping against targets and commitments, including alignment with internal control frameworks.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work across GSK teams--including Procurement, Sustainability Engineering, Finance, and Communications--to accelerate delivery and enhance performance on programme coordination and policy matters linked to nature.

Risk & Issue Management:

Conduct deep dives into risks and external developments impacting target delivery, writing and owning appropriate policies, standards, and guidance that require development and are then monitored for in use.

Budget and financial management:

Conduct controls, monitoring and forecasting for budget and financial impacts/costs for the nature programme.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:



Considerable experience in programme management, project skills and control frameworks. Significant amount of professional experience in risk management, with demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and strategic program risks Project Management Qualification - PMP, Prince or relevant qualification Extensive experience with project management tools, PowerPoint, Power BI, excel and other technology platforms to structure risk and governance processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use data to deliver structured controls, run and chair steering/committee meetings internally and present compelling arguments to diverse stakeholders (including senior leaders). Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking, with a proven ability to convert strategy into operational delivery and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
