What You'll Be Doing:




As our new

Programme Manager

, you'll take ownership of delivering complex project workstreams across multiple business units - ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



You'll work closely with stakeholders to manage risk, align dependencies, and keep delivery on track, all while maintaining strong communication and ensuring strategic alignment across programmes.

Key responsibilities will include:



Leading project planning, definition, and documentation. Aligning project deliverables with workstream sponsors and stakeholders. Integrating core workstreams into wider operational change and business plans. Managing resource needs and coordinating cross-functional teams. Overseeing transitions involving IT systems, contracts, processes, people, and communication. Keeping communications clear, structured, and aligned with business priorities.

What We're Looking For:




You're a confident leader with an eye for detail and a passion for collaboration. You thrive under pressure, juggle competing priorities with ease, and know how to keep large-scale programmes moving in the right direction.

Key skills and behaviours:



Plan, prioritise and organise projects so that deadlines are achieved in an effective and efficient manner. Ability to adapt communication style (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Good understanding of IT including Microsoft packages such Excel to interpret information in a clear and concise way. . Champion the importance of health, safety and wellbeing to make life at work better for myself, colleagues and the wider business. Willing to celebrate success, share best practice, and support others. Agree clear expectations, up front, about what I can achieve and by when.
