, you'll play a pivotal role in translating our long-term vision into tangible results. You'll lead multiple, high-impact programmes--coordinating people, processes, and technology across the business to ensure flawless execution.

What You'll Be Doing



Developing and driving programme strategies aligned to Wavenet's business goals Overseeing multiple complex projects, ensuring synergy and smart resource allocation Managing programme-level budgets and optimising financial performance Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams Building strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external partners Reporting on programme progress, performance, and ROI using key metrics Leading and mentoring project teams to ensure high performance and collaboration Driving change initiatives that support adoption of new systems and processes Continuously improving delivery frameworks for greater efficiency and impact

What You'll Bring



Experience & Background



5+ years in programme management or similar senior delivery roles Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programmes in tech or fast-paced industries Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team and stakeholder engagement Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field PMP, MSP, Prince2, or Agile certification (preferred but not essential)

Skills & Competencies



Deep understanding of programme methodologies and governance Strong financial and resource management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities Strategic thinking combined with sharp operational execution Confident decision-maker with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and competing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet)

Qualifications & Certifications



Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field PMP, MSP, Prince2, or Agile certification (preferred but not essential)
