What You'll Be Doing
As Programme Manager, you'll take the lead on tombola's major programmes--aligning vision with execution and ensuring everything runs like clockwork:
? Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver programme objectives
? Own our portfolio dashboard--ensuring visibility, consistency, and control
? Drive Jira tooling to enhance tracking and reporting across initiatives
? Partner with stakeholders across Product, Support, and Flutter functions
? Lead planning, progress tracking, and risk mitigation
? Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and scope changes with precision
? Facilitate "lessons learned" sessions to improve future delivery
? Communicate clearly, regularly, and with impact at all levels
What We're Looking For
? 5+ years of proven project/programme delivery experience
? Confident in Agile environments (certification a bonus, but not required)
? Able to operate at scale and align projects to strategic business goals
? Experience working in online, eCommerce, or fast-paced digital organisations
? Excellent stakeholder management--especially with senior leaders
? Skilled in Jira and related reporting tools
? Strong organisational instincts and a talent for balancing detail with big-picture thinking
