Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Program Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes aimed at achieving our organisational goals. The Program Officer will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives are effective and impactful.

Duties



Develop, implement, and manage programme activities in alignment with organisational objectives. Conduct research and analysis to identify community needs and programme effectiveness. Educate stakeholders about programme goals, methodologies, and outcomes through workshops and presentations. Collaborate with team members and external partners to enhance programme delivery. Monitor and evaluate programme progress, providing regular reports on outcomes and areas for improvement. Assist in the preparation of funding proposals and grant applications to secure necessary resources for programmes. Maintain accurate records of programme activities, budgets, and participant feedback.

Qualifications



A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, education, or public administration is preferred. Proven experience in programme management or community development is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences effectively. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment. Commitment to the mission of the organisation and a passion for community engagement.
