A Programme Officer vacancy has arisen within the Highways Technical Services Section, where the successful candidate will be required to assist in the provision of a high quality Highways Infrastructure Service.




You will be educated to A level or equivalent standard and possess good ICT skills.



As part of a busy team managing a multimillion pound programme of highway maintenance works your duties will include assisting in the development, monitoring, co-ordination and publicising of works programmes. You will liaise with works providers to keep the works programme updated, assist with financial monitoring, apply for road possessions and road closures. You will also update computerised mapping systems and databases.
