About the role:




As a

Programme Manager

at InPost, you'll be at the heart of shaping how we deliver change. You will lead key transformation programs focused on improving operational performance, digital integration, and customer experience within our logistics and delivery network. This role combines strategy, project management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure InPost continues to lead the market in innovation and efficiency.

What you'll be doing:



Lead and manage transformation programs

across logistics, delivery operations, and support functions to achieve strategic objectives.

Design and implement process improvements

that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.

Collaborate cross-functionally

with Operations, IT, Product, and Customer Experience teams to deliver integrated change initiatives.

Develop and maintain program roadmaps

, KPIs, and benefit realization plans to ensure measurable outcomes.

Identify digital opportunities

-- leveraging automation, AI, and data analytics to optimize InPost's logistics ecosystem.

Engage senior stakeholders

to ensure alignment, secure buy-in, and maintain transparency throughout transformation delivery.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement

, supporting teams in adopting agile and data-driven ways of working.

Monitor and report progress

, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership and transformation governance forums.

What we need from you:




We're looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. Proven experience (5+ years) in

transformation, operations excellence, or logistics program management

, ideally within the

logistics sector

. Strong understanding of

logistics networks, supply chain operations, and last-mile delivery processes

. Demonstrated success leading large-scale

change or transformation initiatives

in complex, fast-paced environments. Exceptional

stakeholder management

and

communication skills

across all levels of the business. Proficiency in

Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies

(certification preferred). Excellent

analytical and problem-solving

capabilities; comfortable interpreting data and performance metrics. Strong project management discipline, including governance, reporting, and risk management. Ability to thrive in a

dynamic, entrepreneurial culture

and manage multiple priorities effectively.
