within the programme team, providing essential organisational support with real

scope to add value

and shape the success of a

new and ambitious initiative

Project Manager

Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor for Reparative & Civic Futures

, becoming an integral part of a dynamic and purpose-driven team.



Your work will keep the programme on track - coordinating meetings and boards, maintaining project control systems, and supporting the smooth delivery of key activities and events. From administration to project planning, your contributions will directly support meaningful, community-focused change.

Please note: This role is offered at 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week). However, for the right candidate, we are happy to consider applications from those wishing to work between 21 and 35 hours per week. We also welcome job share applications for this position. In addition, hybrid working is available. The number of days on campus, and which specific days, will be discussed and agreed upon once the full team is appointed.




What will you be doing?

As Programme Support Officer, you'll be:


Monitoring programme activities to help ensure smooth, coordinated delivery across all workstreams. Taking ownership of key administrative tasks - especially those supporting the Programme's vital Accountability Partner roles. Managing the logistics for planned events, from scheduling and coordination to on-the-day support making sure everything runs seamlessly. Providing flexible, responsive support to the wider Programme team through a variety of ad hoc tasks that help keep everything moving forward.

Please note: The role will be working under the direction of the Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor Reparative & Civic Futures (APVC) and Academic Director Reparative Futures (AD), and reporting to the Project Manager (Reparative Futures), with additional professional guidance available from the Associate Director of Strategic Programmes and Projects.

A formal interview for shortlisted candidates with a separate test.




Contract type: Open-ended




Work pattern: Part time / 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE).

Salary: 30,805 - 35,116 per annum (pro-rata for part time).
