Full-Time Programme Tutor - ESOL Faculty






Salary: 32,304 - 40,050 (or pro rata equivalent)

We are looking for a dedicated Programme Tutor to join our ESOL Faculty and support learners in developing their English language skills. This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences.

About the Role





As an ESOL Programme Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to a diverse cohort of 16-18-year-olds and adult learners. Your key responsibilities will include:

Teaching both accredited and non-accredited ESOL courses Supporting students' language development, confidence, and progression Facilitating 'Skills for Life' examinations (experience preferred) Providing pastoral care and enrichment opportunities Encouraging high attendance, attainment, and achievement

This role requires strong teamwork skills and a commitment to delivering effective and engaging education.
