Oldham College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Programme Tutor in Travel & Tourism to join our Faculty of Retail and Commercial.

This is an exciting opportunity to use your subject knowledge and industry expertise to prepare learners for successful careers in the dynamic world of travel, tourism, aviation and hospitality.



The Role

As a Programme Tutor, you will:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Travel & Tourism programmes. Set stretching and supportive targets that help learners achieve their full potential. Design and deliver innovative course materials that reflect current industry standards and trends. Support learners' personal development, employability skills and progression opportunities. Contribute to curriculum development, quality assurance and enrichment activities within the Faculty.




About You

We are looking for someone who has:
Strong subject knowledge and up-to-date vocational expertise in Travel, Tourism, Aviation or Hospitality. A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Experience of delivering engaging lessons and supporting learner achievement. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. A commitment to safeguarding, equality of opportunity and continuous professional development.
