We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Programmes and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team!
In this role you will support the Director of Red Kite Education, Director of Research and Programmes, Marketing Manager and Commercial Director with the effective administration, delivery and promotion of our National Professional Qualification (NPQ) and Red Kite Connect (RKC) programmes and activities. Your work will be varied and rewarding: from managing communications and tracking participant data to promoting our offer through digital, print and social media. You'll also take the lead on marketing events and resources, ensuring that Red Kite Education's brand and message remain strong and consistent.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in connecting schools, supporting professional development and driving engagement across our network of schools.
This role involves occasional travel to schools across North and West Yorkshire and some flexibility to work outside standard hours to support events.

The wider Red Kite Education team work across Red Kite Alliance, our Initial Teacher Training provision, the Teaching School Hub and Red Kite Connect. Everything we do is related to continued professional development for teachers, from the beginning of their careers to Headship and beyond.

About You
To be a good fit for this role, you will be an individual who;
Is proactive, organised and detail-driven, with strong communication and IT skills
Has experience coordinating projects, events or programmes in a busy environment
Can confidently create engaging marketing content for websites and social media
Enjoys building positive relationships with colleagues and external partners
