Abingdon and Witney College is seeking a dedicated
Progress Coach
to join our dynamic Hair & Beauty department. This exciting role focuses on empowering students across both public and professional pathways to achieve their goals in the ever-evolving world of hair, beauty, and wellness.
As a Progress Coach, you'll provide personalised support and mentoring to students, helping them to stay on track academically, emotionally, and professionally. You'll work closely with tutors, assessors, and industry professionals to monitor progress, improve attendance, and ensure each learner feels confident and career-ready.
What does the role look like to you: Deliver one-to-one coaching, mentoring and academic support
Monitor learner progress and set achievable, personalised targets
Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and attendance
Support with employability skills, industry standards and workplace expectations
Act as a key liaison between students, tutors, and support services
