Job Summary

Role Title: Progress Coach

If you are passionate about transforming the lives of young people then we want to hear from you.


We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable and great with young people to join us as a Progress Coach.


You will be working with support teams and curriculum to provide wraparound support. If you enjoy communicating in groups and with individuals helping them develop their resilience and personal skills then this is the role for you!


We are committed to promoting the Welsh language, and applications in Welsh are welcome.


There are multiple roles and contract types across multiple sites!


Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check.
