What You'll Be Doing:
Answering daily calls from clients about repairs and maintenance
Logging job details accurately and raising work orders with contractors
Responding promptly to emails from clients and contractors
Managing cyclical maintenance projects--chasing reports and organising remedial works
Processing estimates and quotations, and following up as needed
Collaborating with Property Managers and other departments to resolve queries
Attending site visits with Property Managers and contractors to assess works
What We're Looking For:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication--both written and verbal
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Confident using property management systems and Microsoft Office
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination is a bonus
The role is based in our office in Exchange Street, Aberdeen and the hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
