Position Summary:




As a Project Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across our Technology Project Delivery team. You'll work closely with project managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are well-organised, documented, and progressing smoothly.


The Project Delivery Team at Trupanion is responsible for managing the portfolio of projects and future development roadmaps. This role involves overseeing project governance, ensuring compliance with PMO standards, and providing insightful analysis and reporting to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent analytical skills, and experience working within a technology-driven environment.

If you live in the greater Altrincham area, you will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support across multiple projects, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting Maintain project plans, RAID logs, and action trackers Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes and follow-ups Support resource planning and onboarding of new team members Assist with project governance, compliance, and audit readiness Release management through Jira admin Help ensure alignment with delivery frameworks and best practices

Qualifications:



Experience:



Proven ability to support or coordinate projects with minimal supervision, ideally in a fast-paced or technology-led setting.

Skills:



Proficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, and project management platforms (e.g. Jira) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Compensation:



The salary for this position is 35,000 (GBP), on a full-time schedule. Along with base salary, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses. We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion's success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
