Belfast

(BT2 postcode).

Permanent

Full time (37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday, core hours are 10am-4pm)

Salary:

24,000 - 25,000

Role purpose

:

Provide essential project administration support functions across Artios' portfolio of projects and tasks. Support in the compiling of desktop research based Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Risk Management products.

Duties and Role Responsibilities



Support the development of desktop research based UXO risk assessment reports including open-source research and compiling data, imagery/mapping and drafting support. Use mapping software (Google Earth, QGIS etc) with aerial photography to convey information using mapping (e.g. marking areas on a map image). Provide research and drafting support in the development of proposal submissions and reports. Handle front-of-house tasks, including answering telephone enquiries. Communicate with clients via email and telephone to understand their requirements. Maintain effective electronic filing systems, document management and information management. Support Project Managers to implement project management processes (e.g. set up and maintain project filing system, update risk register or risk management plan). Support the production of training materials (e.g. formatting PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, creating student surveys and collating survey responses etc.) Travel and accommodation bookings and creating travel itineraries. Support the Commercial Manager in bookkeeping using the company's financial management system. Handling logistics tasks, including sourcing uniform and equipment, postage of equipment, inventory management, basic IT setup Other support/ admin tasks specified by the line manager in accordance with the level of the role.
