Bilfinger UK are looking for a Project Administrator to start on Hinkley Point C in Bridgewater
Organising diaries, scheduling meetings and attendance via Outlook for SPM & PM. Attending meetings, drafting and distributing the minutes to all team members Keeping records of actions and expediting completion of such within the required timescales. Manage and route office communications, letters and documents to ensure receipt by the appropriate people in a timely fashion. Prepare, print and file records to ensure they are up to date and easily accessible Collate, update and manage information in line with documentation protocols and systems (SAP/CEMAR/ProArc/Teamcenter/Sharepoint) Proactively work with the Leadership and Management team(s) providing positive input and support with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
