We're a small, but perfectly formed design agency working within the retail sector for Toy & Baby brands and have been established for 20 years. We are looking to add an office based Administrator to our team in January 2026.
As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. You'll be at the heart of our team, coordinating activities, managing schedules, and supporting project managers to drive success. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will help us maintain momentum and achieve our goals efficiently.
What you'll do
Manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date using Excel.
Assist in budget tracking and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting team members
Maintain calendars for project managers and installers, booking travel and logistics.
Manage filing to creating risk assessments and method statements
Utilize Microsoft Officefor creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on office management
Familiarity with clerical tasks and customer support functions
Experience with Excel
Clean & full UK driving licence.
