We are recruiting for a Project Administrator


Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 (dependent on skills and experience) Job type: Full time and Permanent Interview: Between the 21st July and 1st August

About the role:




Powersystems is expanding, and were looking for a dedicated

Project Administrator

to join our growing team in the renewable energy sector. This role is essential to supporting our continued growth and ensuring smooth, efficient project delivery and excellent service delivery across the business.


As part of our Administration team, youll work closely with our Project teams to provide vital administrative and coordination support. Your work will help ensure our operations remain well-organised, safe, and aligned with our commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:




Provide administrative support across the company to help achieve commercial goals Support project teams by managing documentation, including paperwork, digital files, and document control processes Coordinate and schedule meetings, take minutes, and ensure external visitors receive a warm, professional welcome Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, attending project handover and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and Distribution Network Operator (DNO) representatives Monitor and update action trackers, produce clear accurate reports, spreadsheets and presentations Maintain a professional and well-organised office environment Carry out occasional administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and greeting visitors. Represent Powersystems with professionalism, actively contributing to our success and continuously seeking ways to improve services and efficiency Champion and embody Powersystems five core principles:

Previous experience in an administrative role Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate at all levels Capable of multitasking and prioritising a varied workload Strong organisational, time management, IT (MS Office), and report writing skills, with excellent spoken and written English Ability to clearly communicate technical and commercial information, negotiate effectively, and contribute to a dynamic team Adaptable, resilient, proactive, willing to travel across the UK with occasional overnight stays and hold a full UK driving licence Right to Work within the UK without limitation
